  about us

Prettylooks is a state-of-the-art aesthetic institution where beauty enhancement is delivered to clients with utmost care and excellent results. Among its services include Aesthetic Tattoo or Permanent Make-up; Non-surgical Facelift with temporary and permanent high-grade derma fillers; Permanent Young Hands and Feet; Square Pulse Light for permanent hair removal and anti-aging treatments; and, now, Medical Acupuncture from Beijing, China as well as various skin products.

With 25 years of experience and expertise, Prettylooks was founded by Susan Co-Ong, a pharmacist, educator, inventor, beauty title holder, researcher, and manufacturer of beauty products. Ms. Susan was recognized as Asia’s number one tattoo artist in a competition held in Taipei, Taiwan in 1992. She graduated cum laude in 1982 with a degree in Pharmacy at the University of the Immaculate Conception. She later taught higher chemistry and pharmacy for two years at her alma mater. In 1989, she founded the Prettylooks Golden School of Aesthetics. Eight years later, two Prettylooks clinics were inaugurated in California, USA with ten simultaneous branches in Manila, Davao, Butuan, General Santos, and Cebu under her management. Eventually, Ms. Susan decided to retain only two branches to serve her clients personally and to remain focused on helping them gain self-confidence.

The present clinics are operated by a loyal and competent staff of highly trained nurses, led by eminent cosmetic surgeon, phlebologist, and Beijing-trained acupuncturist Dr. Rizalino dela Fuente, MD, to deliver safe and various services to clients.

From a simple beauty salon in General Santos City, Prettylooks has gone a long way, being one of the leading aesthetic centers in the Philippines. With Ms. Susan’s background in drug retailing, having established her own drugstore in the 1980s, it has successfully created an intermarriage of beauty and medicine.
